About me
Taking a unique approach to therapy and coaching

As a Neurodivergent Queer Therapist and coach, I understand the importance of a welcoming, understanding, and non-judgmental space.

During my training, I explored different aspects of myself, including realising that I am autistic. This taught me that healing and self-acceptance look different for everyone. I care about creating a welcoming and anti-oppressive therapy space for people who might not fit the traditional therapy model.

I also offer neurodivergent-affirming coaching, helping clients identify their goals and how to get there. Having constantly been offered advice that is perfect for neurotypical people but does not work for neurodivergent people, I am acutely aware of how to adapt coaching methods to suit your specific needs.

I aspire to educate the counselling community about how to work positively with neurodivergent people and how to adapt our approaches to be more accessible to all. Equal access to therapy is something I care deeply about, and I feel that reasonable adjustments must be embraced for people with different physical, neurological, and mental needs.
